Cake Care

When you receive your Cake Connoisseur cake it is recommended that you keep your cake(s) refrigerated at 2-5 degrees Celsius. Cakes are best consumed at room temperature.

Once you have cut your cake, if there are left overs cover the cake with a food grade wrap such as cling wrap or aluminium foil to avoid the cake drying or cracking.

Do not store your cake outdoors, near direct lighting/sun or directly under air conditioners. This will ensure your cake will look and taste good for days.

All cakes which are cared for with the above instructions are best consumed within 5-7 days.
