Cake Connoisseur delivers to a wide range of Sydney metropolitan suburbs. When you visit our homepage and type in the postcode that you require your cakes to be delivered to you will be immediately advised if you are out of our service area. We are always working on expanding our coverage area to ensure we can always deliver to you. So please come back and check your postcode regularly or have your cakes delivered to your office in one of the 667 suburbs we deliver to. Please note that currently there is a 15% surcharge for Saturday deliveries.

2. How much will it cost to deliver my cakes?

Our Delivery calculator will provide you with the delivery cost for our drivers to deliver your cakes directly to your door. Cake Connoisseur courier costs are subsidized to provide you with our best tasting cakes cost effectively. Delivery charges are a flat $10, $15 and $20 with delivery charges for 73% of our coverage being $15 or less. With your continued support Cake Connoisseur is striving to reduce delivery costs.

3. Is the delivery charge fixed regardless of the number of cakes ordered?

Yes our delivery fees are a fixed fee so regardless of the number of delightful deserts you order, our cost effective fixed fees only apply.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

In order to make it easy for our customers to order our divine cakes we accept most major credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard. PayPal facility can also be used. Otherwise COD is also accepted. A $3 administration fee applies for this payment option.

5. Can I pay Cash on Delivery

Yes you can simply select COD as your payment method when ordering your cakes. A $3 administration fee applies for this payment option.

6. Can I get a custom cake plaque added to my cake order?

Yes our chefs can add a custom cake plaque with you required message onto any Cake Connoisseur cake for only an additional $5.00 .

7. Can your chefs provide me with any advice on how to decorate and serve your range of cakes and mini cakes?

Yes, we have hypnotized our chefs to tell us all the tips and tricks of the trade used at your favourite hotels and restaurants. Visit our serving suggestions page for more information.

8. What if I require a cake and have missed the 1pm cut off time?

Simply e-mail or call us and in line with our always delivering policy we will try and fulfill your request.

9. What about slab cakes for large parties?

Cake Connoisseur also has a large variety of slab cakes for large parties with some decadent treats starting from just $4.oo per serve. E-mail us with your cake needs and party numbers and we can provide you with a range of options. enquiries@cakeconnoisseur.com.au

10. Can I arrange a corporate account, what are the terms?

Yes we can arrange a corporate account for customers that purchase greater than $200 per month.  We also offer a prepaid account option whereby you can pay a selected $ amount and draw all your corporate cakes off this prepaid account. Otherwise we accept a wide range of credit cards or Paypal.

11. What about corporate cakes and cupcakes for launch events or corporate functions

Corporate Cakes are our specialty. Cake connoisseur can print your corporate logos on your cake or cupcakes using special edible inks. Simply e-mail us with your requirements or alternatively create your own cake with our online Cake Creator. Allow 3 days notice for corporate cakes and cupcakes.

12. What about corporate gift cakes.

Cake Connoisseur will guarantee to put a smile on your staff or customers face when they receive a Corporate Cake Gift. All Cake Connoisseur gift packs are beautifully wrapped with organza ribbon and a bow. Choose from our online gift wrapping colour options or otherwise let us know if you have specific corporate colours. Each Cake Gift pack also comes with your selected gift tag with your personalized message hand written inside. This great service is only for a $15.00 surcharge. Our driver will tell the lucky recipient who the gift is from and any other special message you have in mind.

13. Can I get cakes delivered to the office to take home for the weekend.

Yes definitely. Don’t waste your precious weekend fighting for car spaces. Get your colleagues together, find out their plans for the weekend and take their Cake orders. Split the delivery fee and have all your weekend cake needs ready to take home for the weekend. Don’t forget to place your orders by 1pm Thursday.

14. Are there any specials or promotional offers?

15. What loyalty programs are available for frequent customers?
